We built 10ops after years of operating inside Silicon Valley’s largest enterprises and working closely with AI systems in real production environments. Over and over, we saw capable teams blocked not by lack of talent or intent, but by process, approvals, and dependencies that made even small operational changes take months.
 

At the same time, we saw AI mature to a point where it could meaningfully compress execution—if used carefully and with governance. At 10ops, we apply AI to reduce coordination overhead, translate intent into production-ready workflows, and remove the friction that slows teams down, while keeping control, auditability, and security intact.
